This website
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking, and does not store anything in your browser.
Calendar files are made when you ask for one and are not kept. The call for proposals is closed, and its form does not store what is entered.
Other services
The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google’s privacy policy covers that request.
Tickets are sold through a separate ticketing site, whose own privacy policy applies to what you give it.
Links to maps, organisations and other sites take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
Writing to us
When you write to one of our addresses, the organisers read your message and use your address and what you send only to reply and to run the conference. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Code of conduct reports are read only by the code of conduct team.
